Client Organizations
Use client organizations as the customer layer of a workspace and keep them distinct from the internal team that supports them.

What a client organization is
A client organization is your customer inside a workspace. SupportMesh keeps the workspace and client organization separate so support activity stays tied to the right customer context.
Create a client organization
- Open Clients in the workspace admin area.
- Choose the create action for a new client organization.
- Enter the supported client fields shown in the form and save the record.
- Assign one or more products or projects after the client exists.
Assignments control which products or projects the client can use in the portal and related records.

Status and archive behavior
Client organization state is managed in-product, and archived records remain part of historical support context. This documentation does not describe hard deletion because normal product operations are built around preserving support history.
Client users and client managers
Client users belong to the client organization context. They do not become internal support agents simply because they can access the portal.
Client Managers and Client Users use the portal for tickets, releases, downloads, notifications, and knowledge base content available to their organization and assigned products or projects.
