Start your trial

SupportMesh currently offers a 14-day trial for a new workspace. Trial signup creates an account first, then provisions a workspace on the active public trial plan.

Plan availability

The trial does not collect payment details or describe automatic billing. Continued paid use is arranged separately.

Create your first workspace

  1. Open the public trial page.
  2. Enter your name, work email, password, workspace name, and preferred workspace URL.
  3. Submit the form and continue into the workspace onboarding flow.

A signed-in account that already belongs to a SupportMesh workspace cannot create another workspace through the public trial flow.

Complete onboarding

  1. Open the workspace onboarding screen after trial setup finishes.
  2. Confirm your workspace information and continue into the authenticated admin area.
  3. Add the first product or project, then the first client organization.
  4. Assign the product or project to that client organization before ticket creation.

After onboarding, the workspace owner continues directly into workspace administration.

Create or receive your first ticket

  • Internal workspace users can create tickets from the admin Tickets area.
  • Client users can work from the portal routes that expose tickets for their assigned client organization.
  • A workspace can also configure Email Intake and the `/api/v1/tickets` read API, but API mutation routes are not available yet.
